Custom requests or modified pieces (e.g. bracelet adjustments, aftermarket parts) are not eligible for return.

The item arrives significantly different from the description or photos.

There is a mechanical issue not disclosed in the listing.

The watch is damaged during shipping (you must notify us immediately upon delivery).

Return Shipping

Refunds
